The Calm Within is designed to promote good
health using a specially developed therapeutic sound
technique. A combination of therapeutic script and soothing
sound induces a state of deep relaxation, effectively

Using exactly the same techniques employed
in therapy, the listener is taken through a series of
progressive relaxation steps, leading to a state of deep
relaxation. Thereafter guided imagery is used to further

How do I use this CD?
Although not essential, The Calm Within is best
listened to on headphones to reduce outside interferences and
promote deeper and undisturbed relaxation. The CD lasts
approximately one hour and should be listened to from start to
finish for maximum therapeutic effect.
Make sure that you are lying or sitting
comfortably in a quiet, peaceful place. Because body temperature
drops slightly during deep relaxation, wear loose-fitting clothes
which are warm and comfortable. Wearing of socks is recommended
too.

Do not listen to this CD while driving or operating heavy
machinery.
